Vincent was born in County Kerry and now lives in Dunboyne . He was a good art teacher in secondary school giving great encouragement until he retired.
He began painting seriously in the late seventies and has had numerous successful group and solo exhibitions.
Vincent receives a lot of commissions for golf clubs, weddings etc. He paints in oils and acrylics and his favourite painters are Constable and Ruisdael.
