Having been interested in art from an early age it wasn’t until later in life that Anna Marie began evening classes in her favourite subject with artists like Gerry Keogh, Noreen Walshe and Marie Clinch. The classes enabled Anna Marie to use new techniques and express herself better on canvas.
As well as having exhibited her work widely she has used her talents to produce Christmas cards for the charity Clann Mór Limited – Respite and Residential Services.
In 2006, following the benefits she received from the evening classes Anna Marie undertook a full-time FETAC Level 5 course in Art which she passed with distinction.
